All of the vacation homes on this site have been carefully selected to provide you with the very
best in quality and value for money.
Each home is privately owned by an individual and not a large corporation as you would find
with a hotel chain. For that reason each home will have it's own individual character and
personal touches inspired by the home owners.
We are booking agents for the home owners and each home has a local property management
company on hand to assist with any problems that may crop up during your stay. We choose very
carefully the homes that are listed on this website to ensure that we have responsible home
owners and approved management companies.
We can give impartial and honest advice and advise on what is best suited to your requirements.
If you are dealing direct with an individual home owner then the only advice they can give is
regarding their own property.
We work closely with the home owners and local management companies to ensure that your stay
with us in the Sunshine state is one that you and your family will cherish forever.
We are based locally here in the Disney area and have a good local knowledge of the area and can
advise on various locations if you are not sure. This also gives us a major advantage that we can
assist locally by having immediate and personal contact with the home's management companies
We can accommodate just about any requests that you have for additional items that are not
standard in any of the homes that you might choose, bar b q grills, cribs, high chairs etc. If you
want it, we can probably get it!.
Many of the homes will have such items as standard anyway.
Our website has some great local information to get you in the mood. There is also links to
attraction ticket deals and they will even deliver your tickets to your vacation home if you ask
them nicely!

Some of the main advantages of booking through us rather than direct with a home owner
include;
If you booked a home direct with the owner and the owner sold the home or for any
other reason was not able to honor your booking you would be left high and dry with
nowhere to go!. Because we have access to many homes and have many contacts
locally we will always be able to resolve this problem with an alternative home.
We have negotiated good rates with the home owners on your behalf.
Most of the vacation homes are owned by people who live thousand of miles away from the home
and are sometimes not easy to get hold of. We are based locally as are all of the management
companies looking after the villas so you are always able to contact someone locally.
We accept various forms of payment including all major credit cards, international credit cards,
PayPal payments, checks etc
We can negotiate rates for longer term stays on your behalf. We have many "Snowbird" guests
that book through us each year during the cold winter months up north. We can also submit any
reasonable offer to the owner on your behalf and see if we can get you a deal. You are more
likely to get a deal during low seasons or for longer stays, we can usually work something out for
you !
